Quality marine repair, so your dock keeps moving. We bring a small, flexible spread to your berth and work around vessel traffic so your dock stays in service.
Allision and emergency repair
When a vessel strikes a berth, we repair the damaged structure so the dock can go back in service: cap plate, channel, grating, rub rail, fenders and steel demo. We line up fabricated and coated parts ahead of the outage and install from the water.
Fender systems
We repair and replace timber, composite, UHMW, rubber and tire fenders and steel fender panels. Steel panels can be removed from the water, refurbished with new UHMW faces and hardware, pressure-tested and reinstalled. The owner can furnish material or we can procure it.
Pile and dock repair
Pile wraps, coatings, welding and structural dock repairs on working docks, scheduled around your operations.
Bridge and navigation fenders
Repair and replacement of timber pile and waler fender systems, walkways, stairs and handrail.
Small docks and dolphins
Construction and repair of small docks and mooring and breasting dolphins, including hardware and bollards.
Dive-supported work
Working with dive teams, we handle intake cleanouts and underwater work, with our crane workboat as the surface support.
Ship loader and dock mechanical work
Cable, sheave and mechanical inspection and repair on ship loaders and dock equipment, scheduled around terminal outage windows.
Crane workboat support
The M/V LumberJack, crewed, supports marine contractors with lifts, material delivery and dock access by water, from single days to multi-month charters.
